Privacy policy

EasyTrial (https://easytrial.app) is run by EasyTrial, Israel. This policy explains what we collect when you use EasyTrial, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@easytrial.app.
What we collect
- Your email address, to log you in and contact you about your account.
- When you connect Instagram: your Instagram account ID, username and an access token that Instagram gives us. We only get the permissions you approve on Instagram's screen: basic profile, publishing content, and insights for the posts EasyTrial publishes.
- The videos you upload, their transcript, and the titles, captions and versions made from them.
- Results Instagram reports for the Trial Reels we post for you (views, likes, shares and similar).
- If you join the waitlist: your email and the plan you picked.
How we use it
- To make the versions of your video and post them as Trial Reels on your own Instagram account, at the times you choose.
- To show you which version performed best.
- To run and secure the service, and to answer you when you write to us.
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we only post content you uploaded and approved.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run EasyTrial for us, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase: database, login and file storage.
- Vercel and Cloudflare: website hosting, domain and email routing.
- Anthropic: writes title and caption suggestions from your video's transcript.
- A speech-to-text provider, when transcription doesn't run on our own servers.
- Resend: sends the login emails.
- Meta (Instagram): receives the videos and captions we publish for you, through the official Instagram API.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded videos and previews are deleted once a test has finished posting.
- Titles, captions and results stay in your account until you delete them or your account.
- The Instagram access token is kept until you disconnect Instagram or delete your account.
Your choices
- Disconnect Instagram at any time in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → EasyTrial → Remove.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to hello@easytrial.app. See data deletion for the steps.
Security
Access tokens are stored in a private part of the database that other users can't read, and every connection is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you notice anything wrong.
Children
EasyTrial is not for anyone under 18.
